My new challenge for 2011 is Coaching...it had already started!
Yesterday, I tried the first training coaching session.
It was some kind of experience...
confused (me!) and messed up(me!)...still I was able to see the power (or effectiveness) of the coaching session.
I call it a success!
Looking forward to do it more.
